I'm just testing this out without being logged in. Unless I begin to have problems with people making inappropriate threads, I'm going to leave the option for anyone to make new threads on this board of the forum. When commenting on an already existing board or thread and when creating a new thread on an allowed board of this forum, it will ask you to do a quick captcha to make sure you are human and not machine. LOL
